Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, all Tristar estimates are FREE! We will ask for basic contact info over the phone, but we prefer to do all of our service estimates on-site to ensure accuracy. We will give you a written, detailed quote at the time of our visit. If you are not home or unavailable, we can send you an estimate via email or text message.

How often should I get my windows cleaned?

We recommend that you get your windows washed inside and out at least once per year, but this is completely up to you. Many of our customers prefer a spring and fall cleaning, and others request quarterly service. No matter the frequency, we can create a schedule that works best for you.

Do you only clean the outside of my windows?

No, we can clean both the interior and exterior panes of your windows, but we will accommodate to your specific needs. Most of our customers choose both interior and exterior window cleaning service, but we are just as happy to clean the outside only.

Do you clean the window sills?

Yes, we wipe down all window sills with a microfiber cloth or brush after we have thoroughly cleaned the glass. 

Are you insured?

Yes, your home and personal property is our number one priority. We can provide proof of insurance upon request.

Do you wash storm windows?

Effective January 1st, 2022, we are no longer able provide service for storm windows. 

How quickly can you schedule my windows to be cleaned?

After you approve your estimate, we will add you to the next available time slot in our schedule. We will work weekends and around your busy schedule to serve you within your desired time frame.

How long does window cleaning take?

That depends on the size of the project. We can give you a better estimation of the time needed during the quoting process, but please allow at least 2 hours for a fully detailed job on interior and exterior window cleaning.

Do I need to do anything prior to your arrival?

No, you do not need to move any furniture, blinds, screens, grids, or curtains prior to our arrival. We welcome any help we can get removing grids or screens, but it is not necessary. 

What if it rains on my appointment day?

If we anticipate rain, we will call you 24 hours prior to your appointment to ask if you would like to reschedule. You are also welcome to call us any time to reschedule your appointment. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and all major debit cards and credit cards. We do not require deposits to secure appointments, but we do expect full payment upon completion of all work. 

Is your window cleaning service guaranteed?

Yes, all of our window cleaning services are backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will not leave the premises until you are 100% satisfied with the work. In the event that we miss anything, we will return immediately to rectify any problems.
